WHO: We were served by asian waiters who spilled tea on us and gave us many little plates of chinese food.
WHAT: It was a restaurant with no menus, only many carts of various chinese foods circulating in a big room going from table to table serving what people pick off the carts.
WHEN: We did this on Tuesday for lunch.
WHY: We went to this chinese food restaurant because we needed some different cultural foods to eat other than American and we were in Chinatown.
WHERE: We ate at the China Pearl in Chinatown.
