Lunch: Solas--an Irish Pub

Who: Everyone in the group went. Some people tried fish and chips, shepard's pie, and beef stew.

What: We learned there were many American dishes and very few Irish dishes. Our waitress was a lady with an Irish accent, but she didn't appear to be Irish.

Where: Solas restaurant which was attached to the Lenox Hotel.

When: Monday afternoon for lunch.

Why: To understand the difference in the foods in different cultures. For this meal we were experiencing the difference of the Irish food and their culture
